In-House Expertise
To respond flexibly to customer requests, we have key technologies in-house. Especially for one-off pieces, flexibility is essential. For larger quantities, we have long-standing partners who supply us with laser cutting, milling, and turning parts.
Machining
Currently, we have 4 CNC milling and turning machines. With optimized clamping tools, we are ideally equipped for the machining of pipes and flanges. Our goal is to enable high flexibility and quality in the most economical way possible.
Sawing
In our saw shop, we have a variety of saws. Especially for right-angle cuts on pipes, we primarily use orbital saws. Combined with our large pipe inventory, we can ensure short delivery times.
Surface Treatment / Cleaning
Our in-house surface treatment includes blasting, electro-polishing, and grinding. For additional processes such as vacuum annealing and passivation, we work with long-standing partners. Cleaning up to a length of 3 meters is performed in our ultrasonic baths. For special cleanliness classes, we collaborate with trusted partners.
